I Went through the whole process of getting my license and buying a handgun , I can’t not take my gun home because of the FBI background check ,,,still waiting 6 months later .HELP
It took me almost 2 years for the background check and out and then one day I get a letter of reparation with a clean background check. I thought it was unfair and I hired a Lawyer and got a reversal. So it cost me over a grand to get my permit. The Liberal Democrat Governor Big Fredo Cuomo has got to go.

I was denied for something that happened 50 years ago. It was probation before verdict. I don’t know what to do. I AM NOW 70 NEVER BEEN IN ANY TROUBLE SINCE THEN . HEER IS WHAT HAPPENNED CAN YOU TELL ME WEAR TO START .Denied to buy a gun. 50 years ago I had a court hearing probation before verdict 1 year probation time serve . A young guy hit my father and 3 or 4 year old daughter with his car .He was always spending up and down the .I had ask him to stop spending several time . After he hit and hurt both of them . I lost my temper and hit him . To this day my daughter suffers sesures from the head injury and dad was also injured
