Plus, there’s plenty of space for everything else you need to carry in your purse.
However, Alexandria’s strap is not long enough for carrying cross-body.

2. Roma Leathers Dual Zipper Moto Leather Concealment Tote
This Roma Leathers Dual Zipper Moto Leather Concealment Tote is a strong contender for the title of best-concealed carry purse.
It has a specially designed gun compartment, as can be expected from a concealed carry purse.
But what makes it stand out among other concealed carry purses is the leather panel that hides the compartment’s vertical zipper.
That zipper can sometimes be a dead giveaway that you’re carrying a firearm.
So the small bit of extra effort Roma Leathers put into concealing it is definitely a great touch!
For added comfort, the Velcro positioning holster can be adjusted as necessary and there are two zips for easy access, regardless of which hand you’re using.
The only major drawback is that the Dual Zipper Moto Leather Concealment Tote is quite pricey at nearly $100.
3. Bulldog Tote Style Purse With Holster
If you’re looking for a great-looking concealed carry purse, then the Bulldog Tote Style Purse With Holster certainly deserves some consideration!
You won’t look out of place carrying this concealed carry purse, no matter what you’re wearing or where you’re going.
In fact, it doubles very nicely as a compact beach bag if need be.
More importantly, the universal-fit color-matched holster will keep your firearm secure without hinting at the fact you’re carrying one at all.
However, the holster only fits small, compact-frame semi-automatic pistols and revolvers.
If you’re a full-frame gal, this isn’t the concealed carry purse for you.

4. Montana West Tooling Concealed Handgun Collection Purse
The Montana West Tooling Concealed Handgun Collection Purse is a durable, yet stylish tooled leather concealed carry purse for women.
Its tight stitching and floral design make it easily one of the best-made and best-looking options available!
For absolute ease of access and maximum concealment, the special handgun compartment is located at the back.
This way, your firearm is essentially held against your body while carrying the purse.
The right vertical access makes drawing your weapon as easy as possible.
Unfortunately, it also makes the Montana West Tooling Concealed Handgun Collection Purse unsuitable for left-handed shooters.
5. 11 Tactical Sarah Satchel Twill
A highly versatile concealed carry purse for women, the Sarah Satchel Twill by 5.11 Tactical is a great option if you like having the option to switch between a carry handbag or a crossbody bag.
All you need to do is decide whether or not to use the detachable body strap!
5.11 Tactical has thought of just about everything in designing this bag, from the ultra-durable waterproof material to the bartack reinforcements for durability.
The pistol compartment is especially compatible with 5.11 Tactical’s TacTec System.
The only two potential downsides are getting used to carrying such a large purse.
The pistol compartment has a magnetic closure instead of a Velcro holster.
Why Do I Need A Concealed Carry Purse?
You’re probably thinking you can simply use one of the purses you already own, right? Unfortunately, there are a few issues with doing so.
Standard purses should be able to successfully keep your firearm properly concealed, depending on the size of the weapon and the size of your purse. However, they aren’t designed with concealed carry in mind.
This means you have to either use up one of the few inner pockets that are large enough to hold your weapon, or you have to keep your firearm in the main compartment. If the former, this can work, though the rest of your purse is going to be more chaotic. And if the latter, your purse might end up concealing your firearm from you.
Remember that when seconds count, the police are minutes away. If you need to use your firearm defensively, you can’t afford to waste extra moments scrambling through your purse contents looking for it first.
Using a properly concealed carry purse will make drawing from concealment so much easier.

When you’re on the market for a concealed carry purse, remember to think about the type of clothes you wear and what will match them in terms of style and color.
But most importantly, remember to take accessibility into consideration. You want to be able to draw your firearm easily, but it mustn’t be so easy that you risk having it fall out if your bag gets jostled.
And as always, perfect practice makes perfect.
