Commentary: Tuesday, 10.9.2012,  Japan will be holding a two day conference about the terrible tsunami that struck  in march of last year.  They will have stories from survivors and also include the government  and world banks views on how we can reduce the impact of natural disasters on the economy.  Japans recovery has been stated to be well ahead of schedule due to their disaster preparedness and risk management tactics.  I am not sure if this is true or not but I would love to watch some of the stories.  Does anyone know if this will be aired in the U.S. with English subtitles or dubbing?
