Gerber Sportsman II. I’ve carried this since the early 70’s. The blade has always opened without touching it with a “Bullwhip” style, down then up snapping the wrist up. I spent hours snapping blade out front, close turn it around and opening it blade down, no matter how I took it out of sheath (flap folded behind belt).
The Buck may not be fancy, but still the BEST.
Hard to beat the old Buck ! Do like the looks of the new one !
Been using the Buck 110 since 1975, good hip knife, and I carry a buck old-time 3 blade for smaller work. Always used larger Bucks for big game and skinning. Borrowed other brands- a lot boke or would not hold up. Case Bowie great for Moose especially sternum & pelvic divide.
