    Willow is another one. leaves are good for headaches, or other things you would use aspirin for.

    Karen it is the inner bark of the willow tree that is used not the leaves much like the inner bark of the Aspen tree that is use as an herbal medicine. There are many herbs that were used by Native Americans for healing that most of us would consider and plain old weed. The knowledge of these herbs can be very helpful in case of emergency.
