Pathetically EASY to make too. You can ferment almost any veggie or fruit, and make your own “designer” vinegars with your own herbs, garlic, etc.
Don’t try to make it with commercial apple cider, they almost always have preservatives in them. We bought bents and bumps, and the “B” grade apples from the Amish, pressed them in a wine press and made apple cider vinegar. Also made peach vinegar with B grade Peaches.
Some Orchards and Vineyards will let you pick up the “fallen” fruit for this purpose. You wouldn’t want to eat them, but they make awesome vinegar.
DO NOT USE ANY FRUIT THAT IS MOLDY!!!
