Guns on a Budget Buying Guide
Top Five Handguns Under $200
First off, not everyone can afford to be picky when buying guns at some point in their lives when they're hard up, although safety is a top priority. Yet amazingly, almost everyone wants to get the most bang for their buck.
This is why we came up with this buying info of the best quality guns while on a super tight budget. This list is for new gun owners or those who limit their budget to $200.
Now, these aren't second-hand guns but brand new and never been used. You might not agree with these entries, but you might consider our points.

1. Mosin – Nagant

I love the guns displayed an their prices but I was imprisoned 23 in Calif so I can’t buy one even though vhf I been free 15 yrs, sad I can’t protect my self an home
Taking your meaning that you were confined for some violation of the law, I understand your position. Were your rights restored (i.e. voting)? If so, have you attempted to have your 2A right restored?
People are working this situation, at least as it pertains to non-violent convictions. However, a great many of us are in the same or similar situation, and we have never violated a law. The state of California, Virginia, and others are preventing law abiding citizens from owning the firearms of our choice (cheap or not) in violation of the Constitution. Fixing that is what we are fighting for on the leading edge of this battle. This means that, at present, your situation must come second. Sorry it has to be that way but if we do not win, you will never win.
