Durability

Usage
So what about this product sets it apart from other hydration backpacks? We mentioned that it is pressurized and can spray from the valve, but what else can you do with this pack that you can't do with others?

This looks like a good system. The only issue I might have with it, much the same as others with an included filter system, is that there should be an intake to fill the system with water through the filter. The way the system stands, you contaminate your bladder with questionable water when you fill it.
That is why GEIGERRIG systems are reversible and dishwasher safe. 1) In the field, you can simply put a bit of listerine int he reservoir, shake it up, spray the solution through the tubing and let it try by turning it inside out. The dry environment and t-spoon of listerine doo the trick. 2) At home, just turn it inside out and put it in the top shelf of the dishwasher for cleaning.

Yeah,, I know it’s a water container, thus important… but $160 for a canteen? No.
And if I want to squirt water, I can squeeze the bag or blow into it to pressurize it just fine.
It doesn’t have to survive a truck – I won’t.
It doesn’t have to survive 100 mph – I won’t.
Using the bag to hold contaminated water is stupid at best.
I can got o Wally world and buy these bags for $20 all day long… I have yet to see $150 justified.
The $150.00 isn’t for the reservoir. The Reservoir is only $48.00. The $150.00 includes the backpack, the reservoir, filter, etc. You can get a reservoir for only $48.00 and load it into any pack.
